YouTube off Safari or Google browser only. YouTube app is not compatible. Any streaming app like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ won’t work. You can download basic games if you want to use any specific apps CHECK iOS compatibility if its compatible with iOS 12 or lower or i can check for you just send me a message. ALSO you can not create apple id directly on to this iPad because of the older ios version you need a updated Apple device with newer ios version to create Apple id and sign into this iPad with your apple id.
